What we collect

Account details you give us, the contacts and messages you store in your workspace, and technical logs needed to run the service.

Why

To deliver messages you ask us to send, to bill you, and to keep the platform secure.

Processors

Meta (WhatsApp Cloud API), your chosen SMS gateway, your chosen payment gateway and your chosen AI provider.

Retention

Conversation data lives for as long as your workspace does. Deleting a workspace deletes its messages within 30 days.
