Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you are using WhatsMax on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you may bind that organisation.

2. Your account

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including messages sent by automations you configure.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use WhatsMax to send unsolicited messages, to impersonate anyone, or in breach of the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.

4. Billing

Plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period.

5. Termination

We may suspend an account that puts our platform or our messaging providers at risk, and will tell you why.
